Trencher Powers Through Difficult Ground

A Toro Dingo TX-525 with trencher attachment made short work of digging out a 105m long trench in difficult ground conditions within the back garden of a home near Coylumbridge in Aviemore.

The work was carried out in order to install electric cable and ethernet to a recently built log cabin garden retreat and greenhouse.

Ian Smith was delighted with the service from Trencher Hire. He commented: “We live in the Cairngorms and the ground is terrible – we are sitting on top of a river bed! The operator from Trencher Hire was excellent and cut through the ground in around two hours, which was amazing. We helped remove some of the bigger rocks that were in the way.

“We laid the cable and taped down a gap between that and the ethernet; and then backfilled the trench, brushing the soil back in,” he said.
